Our congregation is committed to being a gospel church.
G A Going Church~ Jesus has commanded us to “ Go and make disciples of all nations.” This our primary task. We seek to make disciples in this community and send out missionaries to make disciples throughout the world.
O An Open Church~ Our doors are open to all people regardless of race, nationality, culture, economic status, intellectual achievement, political alignment or moral condition. Moreover we have no dress codes since God looks on the heart, not on external appearances.
S A Singing Church~ Baptists love to sing. We have traditional and contemporary music. Our goal is to proclaim the good news in song whether in worship or witness.
P A Preaching Church~ The pulpit stands at the center here. We proclaim and explain the great doctrines of the Bible. By this, Christians grow in their faith and life.
E An Evangelical Church~ Evangelical means we are a good news people. Believing the good news brings peace to our hearts and joy to our lives. It also means that we love, proclaim and believe the Bible as God’s Word.
L A Loving Church~ We love and care for one another and minister to the needs of every member. We also have compassion for people in our community and the world who are not Christians.
