Our Focus Determines our Future

My heart is burdened for our churches in this

 Nation. We have preached patriotism rather

 than preaching repentance from our self

sufficiency. I am a patriot but not to where

my country comes before Christ.  Truly our

only hope is for this nation to turn to Christ

 regardless of what type of government we

have.  True revival will only come when

God's people are right with Him and the

 lost and dying world sees there is a fear of

God w/ his people.  Then they will begin to

seriously look at the reality of the holiness

of God because it is reflected in His people. 

This must start with me and then I pray

 spread to the congregation, community

and country. 

 

And you shall remember the whole way that

the LORD your God has led you these forty

 years(200+ years) in the wilderness, that he

 might humble you, testing you to know what

was in your heart, whether you would keep

 his commandments or not.

Deut 8:2

 

May we not forget our heritage; may we not

forget our accountability to the One Who has

given us much.

 

If my people who are called by my name humble

themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn

from their wicked ways, then I will hear from

 heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
